Paul took the initiative to put this up, which is super cool, and he did a good job of crediting all the people that were involved in the README. We could move it to the UMM-CSci organization if we wanted to so the URL would be UMM-CSci/Scavengr instead of Paul-Schliep/Scavengr. Personally, I don't care at all and am happy either way, but Paul asked about the possibility so I wanted to raise it here to see if people had thoughts or concerns either way.
