A button for connecting the update db script to the GUI to make debugging easier for users.

Implementation notes

Script - The RA update db script its already done, needs only linking to the interface.
RA secrets - RetroAchievements integration it's already used for seeing the achievement progress for every game. The only think needed it's sync between the variables.
Fallbacks - For the implementation to be working properly, it should have error if the user isn't connected with RA credentials.
