Describe the bug
I changed Settings > Alarm > Alarm sound from the default android alarm sound to "Gentle" using the system Alarm Sounds app/dialogue. The default alarm sound continues to play, and is pretty loud and annoying..

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Setting > Alarm > Alarm sound, open using the default "Sounds" app
2. Click on any other alarm tone
3. Run a timer, at the end, the alarm sound is the ddefault.
