`hits-db` ran out of memory and crashed

I've noticed that the `[hits-db`](https://fly.io/apps/hits-db/monitoring) machine has been erroring out with the following logging message:

Out of memory: Killed process 26048 (postgres) total-vm:292288kB, anon-rss:9412kB, file-rss:0kB, shmem-rss:83288kB, UID:1000 pgtables:488kB oom_score_adj:0
```

@nelsonic Maybe upgrading the machine is the way to go?
