I am trying to install Neper on HPC. By following the documentation, I download and unzip the install file, then I create build folder under src. After this, I point it to the created build folder and run commend "cmake ..". It through an error saying "CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND. Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files: NLOPT_INCLUDE_DIR", and "FindGSL.cmake: gsl-config/pkg-config gsl not found".

We do have GSL and NLOPT installed, but Neper can not find it. Could I specify the path explicitly somewhere?
