This folder contains the code for the statistical analysis and visualization of the SARS-CoV-2-IGRA study.

This folder consists of the following scripts:

• Main-IGRA-analysis.R: This script performs the main statistical analysis and visualization for the t-cell data.
• Blood-donor-comparison.R: This script performs the comparison of t-cell data and Blood donors.

The scripts use R::here() to identify paths and should thus be system-independent.
