Currently, we don't have robust unit tests for the code base. In order to ensure that pull requests and dependency updates don't break existing code, we need to add:

• Unit tests with CI integration
• Test coverage reporting
• Sqlite with ODBC in place of AzureDB
• A mock /enhance endpoint
