Hi,

I've tried to launch plugin in my Visual Studio 2010. However this was not possible:

• Addin is not visible in Addin Manager
• VisualGit project is not configured properly (Clicking [F5] does not start fresh Visual Studio with loaded plugin).

Please provide documentation for developers.
