Mom Here:
One year ago today my little girl Bianca, aka Admiral flew away to the Rainbow Bridge and joined her furriends who were waiting for her and the ones who came before her. Hopping John, Katy, Jack, Ex-Calibur, Blackie, Smokey, and certainly Robin, the cat matriarch of the family.
When she, Admiral, flew away she took my heart with her. To this minute I still tear up if I look at her things that I laid away. Her sweet catnip quilt that Ms Stella's mommy made. She was wrapped in it and held closely by me when she departed and that with some beautiful cream furs and some gray ones and chocolate ones and some curly whiskers too are in a clear bag together with her footie print. I can't bear to look at them yet but her ashes are on the dresser in my room where she roosted many times. I always greet her with a good morning and so does Katie, Kathryn Isabella who was chosen for me. You may remember that sweet story. Katie sits up there too, next to Admiral's cask.
I wanted to commemorate the one year anniversary. I wondered if I would have eyes left in my head I cried so much but you furriends all came together as you always do, and supported me. I am forever grateful for the care, loves and support from you, mine and her furriends. And now Katie too has your care, love and furriendship.
We are grateful. Thank you all for the way you reached out that sad woebegone day. I won't forget it.
