Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكA security firm lost control of its own token. That says a lot. Hacken, Blockchain Security Auditor is known for auditing crypto projects. They’re the ones people trust to find the cracks. But this time, they missed their own. A private key got leaked. Someone used it to create 900 million fake tokens. Then dumped them. The token price dropped 97%. Ethereum and BNB bridges were frozen. Only one version—on VeChain—is still running. This isn’t just about #Hacken. It’s about how fragile things can get. Audits help. But they don’t mean much if basic key safety isn’t in place. Bridges aren’t banks. They break easily. And security isn’t a document. It’s a habit. If you’re in the $HAI ecosystem, be careful right now. Track what’s happening. Think before you act. Make sure you can exit before you enter. At Monet Work, this hits close. We're building for people to own what they earn. That means building with care.. Because real trust doesn’t come from logos. It comes from what you do when no one’s watching. #hacken #monet #loyalty

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكHe meditated twice a day, encouraged brutal honesty, and changed how wall street works. Ray Dalio didn’t build Bridgewater Associates the conventional way. In his early 30s, he made a market call he believed in and it backfired. Badly. The economy didn’t crash. He was wiped out. He had to borrow money from his dad just to pay the bills. Most people would’ve played it safer after that. Dalio went the other direction. He started meditating daily to think more clearly. He built a company culture based on radical truth and transparency : where people were expected to challenge each other, call out mistakes, and learn fast. It wasn’t easy. Bridgewater Associates became known as one of the most intense places to work in finance. But over time, that culture turned into an edge. The firm grew into the largest hedge fund in the world. Its internal playbook : Principles : became a guide for leaders everywhere. Ray Dalio didn’t win by being the smartest in the room. He won by building a system that exposed blind spots, embraced failure, and prioritized what was real over what was comfortable. And it makes you ask: What if the real edge isn’t in predicting markets but in seeing clearly? What if leadership means creating a space where truth can surface even when it’s uncomfortable? Ray Dalio tells the whole story in Principles. Still one of the clearest, no-BS books I’ve read on how to make better decisions in business and in life. #raydalio #principles #business

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكImagine you have a super-smart robot friend With Visa you can give that robot its very own digital “pocket money” so it can shop for you while you’re busy (or taking a nap!) Don't believe it? Read below 👇 Visa dropped one of the biggest updates in the history of payments: ▶️ AI agents can now shop for you ▶️ You can fund them with secure digital credentials ▶️ Loyalty rewards will move seamlessly—no plastic, no punch cards. At Monet Work, we’ve been saying it for a while: The next frontier in loyalty isn’t about “points.” It’s about autonomy. Whether it’s your smartwatch, your fridge, or your AI assistant every intelligent agent is becoming a consumer. And they’ll need the same loyalty, trust, and seamless payment systems that humans do. So what happens when your AI knows you too well? It skips the coupons. It skips the checkout. It just buys your favorite sneakers before they sell out. The shift from “customer” to “agent + customer” means your loyalty infrastructure, payment flow, and reward model must evolve fast. If your AI agent had ₹2,000 in its wallet, what’s the first thing you’d let it buy? #VisaDrop #AgenticAI #Loyalty

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكBig loyalty update from Google you might’ve missed! At Google I/O 2025, Google Wallet quietly became a game-changer for customer loyalty — and every brand should be paying attention. ▶️ No more boring plastic cards. ▶️ No more forgotten points. ▶️ No more chasing app installs. What’s new? 👇 🔔 Real-time loyalty updates on lock screens Customers now get push alerts automatically when their points increase or they reach a new tier. 📍 Location-based nudges If someone walks near a store where they’ve saved a loyalty pass, Google Wallet can ping them with an offer. ⚡ Smart card-to-account upgrades Those old barcode-style loyalty cards? They can now be upgraded to full accounts — no app download required. 🤯 Why this matters? Google Wallet is no longer just a storage drawer — It’s a real-time loyalty communication channel. ✅ Brands don’t need to fight for app installs ✅ You can trigger engagement at the right place and time ✅ The Wallet becomes a mini CRM in your customer’s pocket This could be the beginning of loyalty without apps. And the brands that move first will win big. 💬 Your turn: Which brand do you think will use this best? #GoogleIO #LoyaltyMarketing #CustomerExperience

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكThe biggest loyalty myth? Points = retention. Wrong. Most brands still believe points = loyalty. But consumers aren’t dogs chasing treats. They chase meaning. A 2023 Boston Consulting Group (BCG) study found that while consumers are enrolled in 15 loyalty programs on average, they actively engage with only 6. That’s not loyalty. That’s cattle in a farm. At Monet Work, we’ve seen it repeatedly: →Transactional rewards create habits. →Emotional loyalty creates love. →Points might drive a second purchase. But only identity drives lifetime value. If a customer feels: +Seen +Understood +Empowered …they’ll stay even when the discounts dry up. Starbucks saw a 40% increase in frequency when they introduced tiered progress-based rewards—not just points. Nike’s loyalty program drives 3X higher repeat purchase by focusing on community, exclusivity, and challenges. The hard truth? Most loyalty programs are just discounting. →That’s why 35% of consumers say they’re planning to cancel loyalty memberships this year (BCG, 2024). What actually works: → A sense of progress, not just prizes → Shared values + emotional touchpoints → Partnerships that expand utility → Data-led personalization that feels human. The future of loyalty isn’t transactional. It’s emotional. It’s interoperable. It’s identity-driven.Are you building retention systems—or just reward loops? Let’s talk! #Loyalty #Monet #Points

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكThis year’s #Token2049 felt different. Less noise. More clarity. The speculative buzz has faded - what’s left is a global community building quietly, but with conviction. Here’s what stood out: → Infra is invisible, UX is king. The next wave of adoption won’t come from better tech, but from tech that feels invisible. → Asia is leading the narrative. From capital flows to user growth, the center of gravity is shifting — fast. → Tokens are no longer experiments. They’re being integrated into real products — from gaming to commerce — with clear intent and better design. → Founders are thinking modular. You don’t need to build everything — you need to plug into what works and focus on user value. As a founder, last two weeks were both grounding and energizing. A reminder that the best builders aren’t chasing trends — they’re solving old problems with new primitives. The industry continues to grow. And that’s a great thing. #Token2049 #Web3Builders

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكAmazon, Apple, and Uber killed loyalty points - on purpose. Big Tech doesn’t care about running “loyalty programs.” They run ecosystems that feel like loyalty - but operate on speed, utility, and habit. Amazon: Free 1-day shipping, exclusive deals, Prime Video. Not points — privileges. Apple: iPhone lock-in, iCloud, Apple Card cashbacks. You stay because everything works better together. Uber: Instant rides, Uber Cash, seamless checkout. The convenience is the reward. Traditional loyalty = “spend more, earn more.” Big Tech loyalty = “use more, save time, skip hassle.” And it’s working: 🔹 200M+ Amazon Prime members globally 🔹 Apple’s services segment alone hit $23B in Q2 2024 — much of it recurring 🔹 Uber’s loyalty program faded into a single value layer — Uber One The shift is clear ↳ consumers don’t want to collect. They want to consume, save, repeat. Loyalty is no longer about gamifying points. It’s about creating ecosystems people never want to leave. 👇 What could brands learn from this shift? #Fintech #ConsumerBehavior #LoyaltyEcosystems

Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكDecks don’t open doors. People do. Agree? Every investor, partner, and opportunity I’ve had - came from a message, not a pitch. Abhay Mishra شارك ذلكSome people think crypto is all hype. But the ones who’ve been around? They know it’s about ownership. And trust. And without security — none of that means anything. Had the chance to meet amazing folks at #Token49 A reminder that building in crypto isn’t just about going big. It’s about doing it right. Their assets, their communities, their peace of mind. Crypto is moving fast. Let’s make sure it grows safely. #Crypto #Web3 #Trust

Abhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكAbhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكBehind every event, there is a team making it happen. And I’m proud to be one of those people. 18 events. 1 week. 6 industry-defining topics. 81 speakers. 1069 decision-maker attendees. From idea to execution, last week was one of the most intense, challenging, and rewarding experiences I’ve been part of. Daos Digital Assets Week at Daos Hub Dubai brought together key players, meaningful conversations, and people truly shaping the future of the industry. With the topics: RWAs & Onchain Finance Day Web3 & AI Infrastructure Day Regulation & Security Deep Dive Institutional & Stablecoins Summit Investors Only VC Day VC & Founders Gathering What makes me especially proud is that the vision behind each day was fully brought to life, not just as events, but as curated experiences where real connections, discussions, and strategic partnerships happened. This time, I also stepped beyond the role of Event Manager and tried myself as a host and interviewer, definitely a new and exciting experience for me. A huge thank you to the entire Daos Hub team, our speakers, partners, and of course every guest who joined us throughout the week. Your energy, trust, and contribution made this possible. Grateful. Proud. And already looking forward to what’s next.

Abhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكAbhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكWe did it. Daos Week is no longer an idea. It became a real product. 18 events 1 week 6 industry-defining topics 81 speakers 1069 decision-maker attendees And honestly, this week proved one important thing: the industry still wants the right rooms. Not networking for the sake of networking. But curated conversations, strong people and formats that actually create value. Together with Dubai Blockchain Center and MENA FINTECH ASSOCIATION, we hosted high-level roundtables and panels across infrastructure, regulation, RWAs, AI and institutional adoption - some of them combined with media production to turn discussions into ecosystem reports and content. We also filmed a new debate-show format called Fire Circle with carlos prada (coming soon) and ran RaiseTalks Decoder Game with Dariia Vasylieva - an interactive networking format built to connect people around the room in a more natural way. This week was only our MVP. But after everything we saw in these rooms, one thing is clear - we’re building something the ecosystem genuinely needs. And this is only the beginning Huge thanks to the entire Daos Hub Dubai Hub team, our partners and everyone who spent this week with us! Abhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكAbhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكA 1,5 year of work. Our very first Daos Summit. This was the moment we finally revealed our 5-year vision. The moment we announced things no one expected from us. A new starting point - a new beginning. I believed in Daos Hub Dubai 1,5 years ago and I haven’t regretted it for a single day. What we’re building will change the world - through its concept, approach, values. Thank you to all the partners and friends who shared this moment with us! A truly unique experience, unlike anything else 💫 If you’re in Dubai - let me know 🤝 You’ll be surprised by what Daos really is

Abhay Mishra أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكAbhay Mishra أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكThe first Breakfast Collective happened this December… a small breakfast at home with ~15 women VCs. Many of them invest in similar spaces, sometimes even the same companies, but had never actually sat across a table and spoken to each other. Bangalore has no shortage of startup events, panels, and mixers. But most of them are either too broad, too performative, or not curated enough for the conversations that actually matter. This was different. Over coffee and parfait, we spoke about what usually breaks later: deals, governance, founder behaviour, and founder–investor dynamics. The things that don’t make it to panels or podcasts. What stood out was how unforced it felt! I also put together small hampers - nothing fancy, with products from companies I’ve backed. Almost unintentionally, most of them were women-founded, which felt especially apt for the room. There are plenty of breakfast meetups in Bangalore, but very few spaces where women investors are the default, not the exception and for context, this wasn’t meant to be a women-only gathering - it just turned out that way this time. The idea is to keep this series small, honest, and meaningful. Because ecosystem-building sometimes looks like a table you’re invited to sit at. It’s rare to have so many women who move capital, shape outcomes, and influence founder journeys in the same room and even rarer for that to happen without an agenda. If this sounds like the kind of conversation you wish happened more often, you’ll probably enjoy being part of the next one. Huge thank you to the founders who shared their products for the hampers: Jivada (Dharitri Patnaik), 3tenx (🌈AANKITH 🧿ARORAA, Megha Arora), Ilika (Akshay Lalchandani) MildCares Official ® (Sandeep Vyas), GetVantage (Bhavik Vasa), Aromatan Brands Private Limited (Taha Nabee), IKSANA GIFTS, RASHKI (Shivani Popat), Namita Kutty GTML™, and Shreya Krishnan… all building with a lot of intent. Glad we started this one 🙌 Thank you, Ankita Vashistha, Monica Umesh, Preseedha Premnath, Sarita Raichura, Swapna Gupta, Sulagna Borkataky, Jayshree Kanther Patodi, Chitra, Mili Srivastava, Arundhati Menon, Shreya Ravi, for coming and making the first Breakfast Collective edition a huge success! Also, thanks to the Lexstart team, Ritu Bagaria, Naga, Sindhushree K Gadasalli, Smita Reddy, and Vanshika Yadav. P.S. It was meant to be a no-agenda gathering. But a surprising number of real collaboration conversations came out of it anyway.

Abhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكAbhay Mishra تفاعل مع ذلكIn the busyness of the season, I completely forgot to share some exciting news: I’ve started a new role as Event Manager at Daos Hub Dubai. At the core of everything I do is one simple value: I want to make a difference. And for me, events are exactly where that happens. They’re the place where people meet, connect, laugh, discover new ideas, learn something, or simply walk away inspired. It’s amazing to see how much can come from one room filled with the right people. This year was big for the whole team, since the opening we: • hosted 60+ events • welcomed 100+ speakers and more than 5000 attendees Events might look easy to make from the outside (and they should), but behind every one of them there’s someone planning, coordinating, adjusting, and obsessing over the details. I’m proud and genuinely excited to be that person. I’m really happy to be part of something special here and to work alongside such an incredible team.

JUST IN 🇦🇪🇮🇳: Hub71 has announced the second edition of the UAE–India Start-Up Series, deepening one of the most strategically important startup corridors in the world right now. The numbers from the first edition tell you why this matters. The programme drew more than 10,000 applications from Indian founders in its debut year, making it one of the largest cross-border startup initiatives ever run between the two countries. Indian founders want access to Abu Dhabi's capital, customers, and regulatory environment, and Abu Dhabi wants the talent. Start-Up Series 2.0 will identify and support ten Indian startups with genuine regional and global growth potential, focusing on HealthTech, FinTech, ClimateTech, Advanced Manufacturing, and other emerging technologies aligned with Abu Dhabi's priorities. Three startups will enter Hub71's Access Programme, full immersion with mentorship, investor introductions, regulatory support, AED 250k in-kind, and AED 250k cash via SAFE note. Seven will join the Immersion Programme, combining virtual market-entry preparation with a week of in-person curated sessions at Hub71. The first edition has already produced real outcomes: Endimension Technology Private Limited, an AI-first radiology platform backed by Inflection Point Ventures and SINE IIT Bombay, with over 800 hospitals and 1.5 million scans processed, was accepted into Hub71's Cohort 18. Four further startups are progressing through the Immersion Programme right now. India and the UAE are two of the fastest-growing economic relationships in the world, cemented by the CEPA signed in 2022. This programme is the startup layer sitting on top of that framework. Applications for Series 2.0 open in July. 👀 Interested in MENA tech & startups? Sign up to my weekly newsletter here: https://lnkd.in/dJMzb8Tt in partnership with CapQuest. #MENA #startup #VC
