Each integration is scoped against the actual tool and account permissions.
1. Confirm access: We document the required endpoints and ask for the least privilege that can complete the workflow. Some vendor setups require an administrator on your side to grant that access.
2. Map the data: The scope names the fields, transformation rules, direction of travel, and system of record.
3. Test safely: The test method depends on the systems involved. Where a sandbox or staging account exists, it is used before production. Otherwise the scope defines a limited test and rollback path.
4. Handle failure: Required retries, logs, alerts, and manual recovery steps are written into the scope.
5. Document the connection: The handover covers credentials ownership, the data flow, dependencies, and troubleshooting steps included in the work.
The project timeline includes the confirmed connectors. A missing API, vendor approval, or undocumented limit can change the scope before work starts.
