Heaven's Newest Tenant

It was with a heavy heart that I read of the passing of baseball legend Gary Carter.  It was he who led my beloved NY Mets to World Series victory in 1986.  Then I read something about him on his website.  Mr. Gary Carter gave his life to Jesus in 1973.  He's left us, but he is now with the Lord, praising Him for a life well lived.  He will be missed, but I look forward to some baseball lessons when we meet in heaven.
