Trump Team Members, Appointees Threatened

The Leftist nut-jobs are still out there and are making threats to President-elect Donald Trump, his transition team and appointees. These threats include bomb threats, assassination and swatting.

Thankfully, law enforcement has taken swift action and an arrest has been made.

Newsmax reported:

"Law enforcement and authorities acted quickly to ensure safety" of Trump transition team members and appointees after a spate of violent threats to them and their families, including "bomb threats and swatting" Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, a spokeswoman announced.

Also, another alleged would-be assassin from Arizona targeting President-elect Donald Trump was reportedly arrested Wednesday.

"Last night and this morning, several of President Trump's Cabinet nominees and Administration appointees were targeted in violent, unAmerican threats to their lives and those who live with them," Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman of the Trump-Vance Transition and the designated next White House press secretary, wrote in a statement.

"These attacks ranged from bomb threats to 'swatting.' In response, law enforcement and other authorities acted quickly to ensure the safety of those who were targeted. President Trump and the entire Transition team are grateful for their swift action.

"President Trump and the Transition are focused on doing the work of uniting our nation by ensuring a safe and prosperous future. With President Trump as our example, dangerous acts of intimidation and violence will not deter us."

Among the reported targets thus far are former Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., and U.S. Commerce Secretary-nominee Howard Lutnick.

Authorities Monitoring Online Threats Following FBI Raid At Mar-A-Lago

What the hell did they really expect?

Law enforcement agencies around the country are actively monitoring online threats and rhetoric that has emerged in the wake of the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate Monday, sources tell ABC News.

Agencies are also preparing for possible acts of violence they fear could occur at or near pro-Trump demonstrations that some supporters are calling for, law enforcement sources said.

Authorities on Monday morning searched Trump's Florida estate in what sources told ABC News was part of a probe into documents that Trump allegedly improperly took to Mar-a-Lago when he departed the White House, some of which the National Archives has said were marked classified.

"Over the last several months, law enforcement officials across the nation have become increasingly concerned about calls for violence against law enforcement and other government officials by violent extremists," said John Cohen, a former Department of Homeland Security official who is now an ABC News contributor. "The search warrant at Mar-a-Lago has only served to increase those calls, adding to law enforcement concerns."

In the aftermath of the raid, Trump supporters called for protests at FBI offices in Riverside, California, and Washington, D.C., according to online messages collected by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, a think tank that monitors extremism and hate speech. 

When a government law enforcement agency behaves like the KGB or the Gestapo, how do you think people are going to react to that? People are, to put it mildly, pissed!

Report: Rangers Face Abuse and Threats

Park rangers provide a valuable service to visitors to our national parks and national forests. In all my interactions with rangers, they have been positive experiences. They are great people, but they are increasingly being subjected to abusive behavior.

Outdoor Life has an article on what park rangers face these days. It's a sad state of affairs and it must stop.

They begin with:

Abuse and threats go hand-in-hand with being a forest or park ranger in 2019, according to a new report recently released by the Government Accounting Office. 

Rangers for the Forest Service, National Park Service and other land management agencies catch the brunt of everything from hostile language to threats with weapons to domestic terrorism, says the report, breathlessly titled Federal Land Management Agencies, Additional Actions Needed to Address Facility Security Assessment Requirements. 

The investigation was requested by Congress and reviewed threats against public land managers from 2013-17.

Hayley Geftman-Gold Claiming Threats

Since it came out that ex-CBS legal executive Hayley Geftman-Gold was fired for her Facebook post that she was "unsympathetic" towards the shooting victims in Las Vegas, she claims that she's received threats and is being harassed on social media.

According to the New York Daily News:

A CBS executive who was fired after posting on Facebook that she's “not even sympathetic” to the Las Vegas mass shooting victims says she's getting death threats, according to police sources. 

Hayley Geftman-Gold reported to cops Manhattan Monday that she received several threats through e-mail and social media after her post, police sources said Wednesday.

Harassment and threats against Geftman-Gold are flat out wrong. If anything, she should be shunned.

Report To The Secret Service

If you hear or see anyone making threats, "jokes" or any other comments about assassinating President Trump, report it immediately to the U.S. Secret Service.

Madonna's rant about blowing up the White House has landed her in hot water as the Secret Service is now investigating her.

While some comments may be jokes, some wacko may be incited enough by them to actually act it out.

"Democrats Try To Steal Election By Threatening Electors"

Today, members of the Electoral College (Electors) are meeting in all state capitals to cast their votes for the next president of the United States.

According to Rush Limbaugh, Electors have been receiving death threats and other intimidating threats to get them to change their votes from leftist liberal Democrat  protesters and emails.

Limbaugh said,

 Today's headlines should read "Democrats Try To Steal Election By Threatening Electors". 

If newspapers don't, then they are useless as a legitimate news source.

Regardless, Donald Trump will be elected today.

Clinton Recounts and Elector Death Threats

Not that I had any doubts before Election Day, but the Hillary Clinton campaign and its supporters have confirmed to me that they are a pack of bottom-feeding sleaze bags.

Two articles caught my attention.

First, as if any recount will ever overturn the election results, the Clinton campaign is joining in on recounts in three states.

According to Bloomberg.com:

Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer announced plans to participate in vote recounts of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan if they take place, yet doesn’t expect to overturn the election of Donald Trump as president. 

If Green Party candidate Jill Stein initiates recounts in all of those states as she intends, the Clinton campaign “will participate in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides,” lawyer Marc Elias said Saturday in a post on the blogging website Medium.com.

And then, another article is reporting that members of the Electoral College are receiving death threats from Clinton supporters.

WND.com reported:

One of Michigan’s 16 electors who will be called upon to cast a vote validating the election of Donald Trump in the Electoral College has testified on video that he and others in the state are receiving “dozens and dozens of death threats” from Hillary Clinton supporters urging them to switch their votes to Clinton. 

On Dec. 19 the Electoral College will convene to cast their votes for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, with each state’s electors pledged to vote for the candidate elected on Nov. 8 in their state. 

But more than a dozen states have no laws making it illegal for the electors to change their vote while others have only a minor penalty such as a fine for doing so. If Clinton’s supporters can get enough of the 163 electors from states where Trump both won and votes can be legally switched on Dec. 19, Hillary Clinton becomes the next president of the United States.

This confirms to me that the voters made the right choice on November 8.
