We do this by surfacing what really matters, showing trade-offs, highlighting risks and opportunities, and nudging teams toward smarter choices - while keeping humans firmly in control.
Because in games, context, creativity and judgement always matter.
History
Arcanix was founded by industry veterans Ella Romanos, Oscar Clark and Adam Betteridge, who between them have decades of experience of live game development and of the creative industries.
Arcanix has been supported by membership of the Scottish Enterprise high growth ventures portfolio.
In August 2025 Arcanix secured investment and accelerator support from Belgium-based ForsVC and imec.istart, one of Europe's leading tech accelerators, to drive the next phase of its growth.
