The registration was made under Section 7a of the Slovak VAT Act for cross-border services between businesses. ARLing s. r. o. is not a full VAT payer in Slovakia. For services to businesses in other EU member states the tax liability passes to the recipient of the service (reverse charge). Sales to consumers are handled through Stripe Managed Payments; the seller (merchant of record) is Sold through Link, LLC, and Stripe shows and remits the VAT (Stripe).

Dispute resolution
The European Commission shut down its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so a link to it is no longer given. Consumers can apply for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk) under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll.; we take part in the procedure.
