Excellent scooter GX2!

I got a G3 Plus Electric Scooter for my son's 12th birthday. I am very pleased with this purchase. The scooter made it to the house in a week and was super easy to assemble. The price and quality are great!

Love to see more colors

I bought the GOTRAX Z4 Pro for my 10-year-old son, directly from their website. It came earlier than expected, free shipping, very secure packing and cheaper than what was posted in other wesites.

I thought it might be a little bigger than what my kid is needed. Surprisingly, he adapted to it very quickly and was comfortable riding it almost immediately.

He absolutely loves it! It has quickly become his daily ride, and he looks forward to using it every day. The bike feels sturdy, and he has found it easy and enjoyable to ride.

He even enjoyed it enough to make assembly and riding videos for his YouTube channel, which says a lot about how much he likes it. Search for @hi.abhinav in YouTube.

Overall, we’ve had a great experience with the GOTRAX Z4 Pro so far. If you're looking for a fun, sturdy bike that an adult or a kid, I would strongly recommend GoTrax Z4 Pro.

I've been very impressed by the products and especially the customer support. We bought an e-scooter for my daughter in November 2025 and had questions before the purchase, questions about accessories after the purchase, and random questions along the way. They've always been quick with responses and so very helpful. She's been happy with her scooter. I highly recommend.

Fast and easy delivery and assembly
I highly recommend this foldable ebike!

I got the GoTrax G4 Pro Cyan. I went for GoTrax after buying a cheaper scooter on Amazon for 180$ which has not held up after less than a year and has non-existent customer service, thus I wanted to get my brother something better that would hold up. I mean from the construction/size alone you can tell a huge quality difference. Their warranty is better than most and they make the parts accessible which was also important to me. My brother was extremely excited it being rear wheel drive. It seems very safe and sturdy. It shipped really fast and we’ve not had any issues so far.

The parts arrived quickly and worked great! Now my son is able to keep moving on his dirt bike.

Scooter quality exceeded my expectations! It's built like a tank. I'm at the Mac weight and it good up gold great!
Range is about half of what's advertised but that's pretty normal from what I've learned about the industry.

Go traxs has horrible customer service. I just purchased a new electric scooter G4 that cost over five hundred dollars. The scooter looks amazing and appears well built. Unfortunately It arrived missing four bolts and alan wrench required to put it together. To avoid voiding the warranty, I emailed go tracks twice and have yet to get a response. I finally called them today and was advised their email response time is over a week. Additionally despite this being a brand new product I would need to go through the warranty department requiring me to send pictures, receipts of purchase et cetera. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and apparently because there is no work around to expedite something like this. Rather than wait another few weeks to get all this approved, im just going to return the scooter. Avoid Go Trax!

We love it so far. My daughter is almost 11 and it fits here great. She's about medium size. Thing works great and you can tell it's built well. Easy assembly.

The part was sturdy and fit the frame, but a slightly wrong size for the handlebars. Luckily I was able to modify the old plastic sleeve to make it work, but what bothered me most was a lack of support. I contacted their support email multiple times both before and after ordering the part, where they have still not responded at all. This leads me to believe that nobody is actually checking their support email, and that the AI support chat simply gives the email Support@gotrax (.com) merely to encourage customers to leave and forget instead of seeking further support from them. Overall, this behavior demonstrates a lack of professionalism in customer service conduct that I cannot ignore, regardless of their products' quality.

Tracking says nothing about where my package is. Just says received at facility or departed facility. No actual useful information. Also says “unsuccessful delivery. Business closed”. My home is residential, not business. No one ever came there.
