I have just used Inkthreadable for the first time and it won't be the last. They gave me excellent service and their customer care team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to getting things right. They made it their priority throughout the process to ensure high standards are met.

Such a great experience ordering with Inktheadable. They are all very friendly and helpful. My artwork for a print job was flagged up which I really appreciated, and was given great advice on how to make sure the artwork I upload is optimal for printing. Once the artwork had been confirmed to go ahead, they made the effort to print and dispatch quickly for me knowing that I had a bit of a deadline. Great communication and really appreciate all the help thank you! :)

As someone new to print on demand, I chose Ink Threadable as a company who could help me ship throughout the UK and they've been great. My customers are delighted with the quality of orders and their customer service has also been brilliant with them bring quick to respond and really helpful. Would definitely recommend - they put my mind at ease massively as someone who didn't really know what they were doing at the beginning!

Have used this company for years without issue but I'm the last year their service and customer care has been dreadful. Multiple cases of shipping the product with the wrong printing. When queried they were rude and didn't believe us. Same wrong item resent. Same poor service when questioned. My husband also ordered for his business and received the same treatment. So with regret I'll be moving our whole organisation over to another supplier. They must do better or they will go bust.

High quality, well printed merchandise that arrives on time with no issues. Customer support are lovely and extremely helpful. We have used them twice and will use them again!

The products have been really good quality and customer service has been exceptional often replying within minutes.

Always the 1st go to place for our record label to get the coolest merchandise knocked up to go with our releases. Their well easy templates and ordering system make things a whole lot easier too. Their staff are also totally spot on, friendly and super helpful if you have any queries for them. Highly recommended, back of the net ;-)

Excellent quality. Second time ordered a bunch of t-shirts with its colours so loyal to the image on the computer. Great quality print, colours and workmanship.

Also, t-shirts printed 3 years ago still look and feel like new. I opted for good quality Stanley/Stella.

Printed mug ordered 3 years ago held well for nearly 3 years. Only recently the print started coming off. I am sure if it were never washed in the dishwasher it would have remained intact. Perhaps inkthreadable should warn customers to hand wash only.

Finally, they managed to print one of the t-shirts with the wrong image, however this was resorted within minutes, sending a replacement within 5 days.

The print on-demand industry is usually all about scale. But very few of them are able to combine high-volume, consistent quality with individual customer service. I use Inkthreadable first because my customers get great products. But the reason I choose them over others is that there are people ready to talk, advise and support me when I need it. I do e-commerce, not printing and their knowledge - and willingness to help - is really valuable to me. Try getting that from the bigger players. Em - talking about you here! I’ve used this company for nearly a year and they’re always great. Em helped me today and got it sorted asap.

Linking my Etsy shop to Inkthreadable and allowing them to print and post my artwork has made my life a lot simpler. With good quality prints and reliable postage, I would highly recommend!
