Sold our Tiguan to Cars24 after advertising on Carsales. Process was quick and smooth. Because the car was relatively new, a video and specific photos was sufficient for them to accept the condition as described. They promptly paid a deposit, followed by the balance the day before I dropped the car off (they arrange pick up from your home as well, but we opted to drop it off as the depot is close to our home). Bhuvnesh and Himani were prompt and efficient to deal with.
