The zip on my Carry On Pro broke when I used it for the first time. This follows another experience I had with July whereby the corners of my suitcase were badly scratched during its first use. I complained to the so-called July 'Happiness Team' to no avail. I even took my complaint to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I hope this isn't the sign of things to come for July. Lack of quality is letting down the brand and I won't be purchasing any more July products and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Previously luggage I have bought from other companies has lasted decades. Not happy July!!

Very responsive and excellent, thoughtful carry products.

I have been using OZSALE for years. Thousands and thousands of dollars in around 50 orders over maybe a decade. I even won a $1000 competition, I was that good a customer. 

But now they are completely untrustworthy. They used to honour returns properly. But now they leave it entirely up to their “sellers” which means the seller can just refuse your return, even though you fully complied with the OZSALE return policy. OZSALE does nothing. So their return policy is now useless. Which means they’re now a useless business. 

DO NOT TRUST OZSALE ANYMORE. 

I just used the Caveri Toiletry bag, it is incredible!  There is so much room (total tardis!) and there is a place for everything, so it isn't jumbled in there.  I had given up on toiletry bags years ago and just used multiple plastic bags - this one has made me change my mind, I'll be using this every trip!

It’s a scam. 
Ordered through their website memobottle.uk, with the delivery time promised to be 2-5 business days. On the 7th day with zero updates regarding my order, I emailed them wondering where it is. They said that that particular bottle I ordered was out of stock and they don’t know when it will be available, and then offered a full refund - to which I agreed but never received it. Chased them after and never received a response. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Laptop bags sent the wrong item, and when I wrote to ask them about it, did not reply. I tried 3 times. Also, they do not answer their phone. Hopeless. 

Ordered a purse for my mother.  The interior stitching was coming apart. I emailed them twice. No response.  Stay away.  

My current encounter with your owners proved there are still some honest people in the world.
My previous review may have caught the attention of the owners, and it did take me a while thinking I was scammed, i.e., no calls, unable to update from website, can't get thru an international number, etc. But the response and the manner of communication that give you a sense of respect despite of a misunderstanding were more worthwhile than the purchase.  After using two cards purchasing similar PACSAFE backpack - the first transaction did not provide a confirmation -  a consumer would have been cheated by taking both payments and sending just one; worse, not one would be delivered.  But Michael and his wife did take the time to check the transactions, declining one and gave back the credit. I appreciated that respect. Along with the backpack, I was very pleased with the encounter.
The world was here first - it's not an AI - they are really honest people, and so is a good buy!

Bags & Go has been amazing for storing and transporting my luggage in Barcelona for a recent cruise. The staff were very helpful and punctual. My luggage was well cared for. I would highly recommend
