I was really excited about Quite Like and for many weeks of deliveries they seemed to suceed where many of the others failed. Their meat would expire beyond the week it was delivered so I had plenty of time to choose based on what I wanted to eat rather than what was going out first. The portions were generous and the quality very high. However, more recently (post rebranding), their quality has significantly diminished with produce unable to be used even 3 days after delivery. There have been issues with late delivery which means I am forced to eat meals even quicker, even more so because of shorter expiry dates. Virtual chat offer support and often a meal discount off the next, but even that has slowed in responsiveness. Perhaps they have gotten too big too soon or just don't have the operational support, but I've gone from a once happy customer who recommended this to all, to someone who will unfotunately not use this service again.

I used lite n easy several years ago, very happy with the food and choices But just recently started using lite n easy again…the choices are limited and the food is now slop Won’t be ordering again

Do not use this company, they are dishonest and scam you into a subscription without communicating this properly. The food is extremely bland and has gone downhill since they first commenced trading 2 years ago. Be aware, as you can see many people have been scammed and the customer service is unhelpful and extremely rude. I hope this review will help someone else, think twice before ordering from here.
