I called and the care and patience that Amanda showed over the phone was Beyond Excellent.
She was Kind, Professional, and Just Excellent. My sweetheart had asked me only 4days prior to his passing to marry him.
Amanda made this difficult time have an air of Ease. The only thing about losing James was having Amanda to assist me. She explained the the process, and answered my questions. When Jim’s ashes were delivered, the driver was polite and caring.

After.com made the worst day of my life more bearable. It was 3am and the love of my life started his journey into eternity. My blood pressure spiked, the nurses sat me down in the dimly lit corridor, the Hospitalist on duty approached asking if I had a plan. I felt my blood pressure normalizing as I handed him my husband's After.com card. Their staff gently walked me through each part of the process of caring for my husband to creating a beautiful memorial, legal matters and grief support. Genuinely caring & patient staff. Fees are very reasonable, and I am so thankful to have found After.com.

My advisor Natashia answered all my questions, including going over the contract line by line and helped customize my policy. For my age and stage in life (mid-forties, healthy), After.com was the most affordable policy that still covers the most important things. The one limitation is the small number of states they provide their services to, but I was willing to sign with them because of the immediate full coverage.

I am buying a plan to have in place for my sister. She is living in an assisted living home, and though not at the end of her life now, her health is not good. It just will help to have one worry off my mind when the end does come. Zane at the main office was very helpful and when I wanted to talk to someone who was here in my local state who would actually be the ones no doubt dealing with her, he gave a name and number to call. So everything was answered completely.

They were very professional. The cost was very reasonable. The collection folks were very considerate, professional, and understanding. This includes the option of my sister in law, who was an hospice nurse for 10 years. I can't say more in my praises of them.

Your staff, from Assael in the beginning to Connie with the delivery of my husband back to me has been exceptional. They always treated me with respect and compassion and kept me informed of everything along the way. I could not have had better people helping me during this extremely difficult time. I was very pleased with the service from After.com when my brother in law passed away. We did not "pre-purchase" an After.com package but instead called them for the first time when he passed. Their service and follow ups were great. He passed late Saturday night and After.com was nice enough to wait until Monday morning to get all my information - credit card number etc... from me. They continued to follow up with me in case I had any issues or questions and his remains were hand delivered to me 9 days later. I have dealt with other mortuaries in the past and 9 days is the fastest I have ever seen. When my dad died several years ago we went with Neptune Society and it took like 6 weeks to get his cremated remains.

The plans available gave me enough differences, they weren't all just reworded versions of each other. But the rep I talked to, Jonah, was what made the difference. He did a great job, not just selling the product but talking plain 'talk'.
