Your rubbish
Your rubbish. You didn't even get my refund off the seller that I paid for next day delivery. The item was not dispatched until four days later eventhough I paid for the item on 17th September and paid for next day delivery and the item was not dispatched until Monday 21st. You were no help whatsoever. The item was also damaged. Yku have been no help whatsoever. You are just as bad as the sekkers you allow on your platform. I won't be using you again. Scumbags the lot of you.

Seller cancelling ny order because they made a pricing errir
I made my first purchase on onbuy this week but after buying an item the seller is trying to cancel my order as they say they made a pricing error. They accept the error is theirs but say they can’t honor my purchase despite having sent me a dispatch confirmation which according to their terms and conditions is a formation of contact of sale.
A very frustrating first experience with onbuy, a platform I won’t be keen to use again after this.

What made my experience great? Well, as experiences go this was up there with the best. Every now and then we have a great experience like first love, first sexual encounter, birth of our first child etc etc.This was definitely one of the better ones.

Onbuy told me that the reason my order was cancelled was "undeliverable address" - I live in central London!
Maybe Onbuy should check the reliability of their suppliers more carefully.
The upside is that they told me promptly and are refunding my payment.

Payment security appears poor.
Victim of fraud. Appears online payment is not very secure. After credit card and email details stolen, noted a purchase via OnBuy. I did not receive a two factor authorisation request for item purchased. OnBuy informed after credit card company but account still appears active as yesterday received and email to review my purchase.
