SCAM. It was said up to 3 days delivery. I paid 10 days ago. Still got no invoice and the packege is not even sent.
Phone is not working. Email not answering. SCAM

I have been robbed 402 Dkk. They took my money, and never sent my order. You get an answering machine on a phone number that no one ever picks up.
Wrote many emails and asked by the third week to cancel the order and return my money. Days later someone responded apologizing and saying that my fonds will take about four days to be back on my bank account. Not only it never happened, but they never again even responded back.

Please don't order anything from them. They har suddenly stopped sending orders out, but not stopped collecting money for them..

its been more then one month i havent received my order or update they havent even prepared the order, its more like a scamming website, i called them the number says send email i have sent them emails also but no reply,

Ordered on 9th of July, its almost 4 weeks now and nothing. Still waiting on the order or $ return.

Scam, lost 500kr. Order 1 of June.

Saw some cartridges in good price and ordered them. It only took a month and about 6 emails threatening to contact authorities if they did not send the product or return the money back. The funny thing is THEY KEPT ANSWERING (luckily) and they blamed the delay on moving offices and big bulk of sales.
Anyways the cartridges are top notch but the way that this company works is ludicrous. Please get help.

I have not received my order no. 234680 from offi.dk. I ordered it on 20 January 2026 but I did not receive my order until 16 February 2026 even though I contacted them several days to send my products ; and then I requested them to cancel my order on 16 February 2026. Now I can see that the products' payment was taken from my mobile pay account on 17 May 2026. After that I contacted them by mail but they did not respond. And they are not also available over their phone number.

Are they scamming?

In my experience, this company acted dishonestly. I paid for a product on 05/10/2025, but it was never delivered, and they have refused to refund me. Their communication has been unprofessional and only wasted my time. This company is a scam — avoid them completely.

Very poor experience. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a printer cartridge and still have no clear information about the delivery timeline. Every week I am told, “Sorry for the long processing time, but unfortunately you will not be able to receive your order until next week.” I’ve been hearing the same message for the past 2 weeks and I am still waiting. This lack of communication and constant delays is unacceptable.

Havent received my order yet it’s been a week 🤦🤦🤦🤦

Do not buy from this company they don't have any products in stock even if it says 1-3 days delivery on their website. They have no support and does not answer email och phone. Your are lucky if you get your products within several weeks.

I give you 1 star because I buy 4 cartridges for my hp printer and didn’t work. I mean the printer said: check the cartridge. I don’t recommend to buy because they are not original
