Very easy to search the many options I was looking for. The selection is huge and I enjoyed previewing the possible end product.
My only minor concern were the discounts available. With banners flashing special discounts, and me taking note of these varying codes, only to get to the end, enter a code and learn that they cannot be applied because another type of discount was already in use. Not knowing which discount would have better suited me.. In the end, I'm very pleased with the experience and enjoyed it visually as well!

website and order process was fine..I would like to jave know, prior to placing my order, that this was and international transaction. ie. not made in the US. i wpuld have considered using the option to pay to have mine made next...altuough if everyone does it, what is the point. I simply have had so many issues with this, from China, that I prefer to stay away from them if possible. hope I get this by Chrismas (3 months away)

I think that the range of goods you provide is really great. Being able to personalise everything makes it so much more personal and I’ve ordered 3 blankets for my 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter! The price is also very competitive which would make me order future purchases.

I really like all the available options…but as a female heavy equipment operator, I was very disappointed to see that the only option on any trucks or heavy equipment was for a boy ..(although I did use a girls pic)…in this day and age it should be obvious that females may enjoy those types of vehicles as well.
I have not yet received the blanket that I ordered so I cannot leave a review for that yet.
As a side note- I think this company could do better with their replies to the reviews made here…instead of the same phrases in most of the replies to reviews left. After all, as customers we took the time to leave a review, it would, to me, make better marketing sense, to leave a reply that actually sounds like you (as a company) actually read the review.

Very easy to upload pics and the AI edit did an awesome job , my grandson's hands were covering his chin and part of his mouth and it fixed it perfectly .

I have not received the product yet, so I am not sure if I like it. The pictures and the advertisement was very nice and pulled me into actually placing an order but I really can’t rate the product until I receive it.

Well I did find it hard when I got to payment, it was coming up at £40+. I only was looking the small one,so I had to keep restarting the whole thing. But I finally got the small 1 ordered. It's for my 3yr old great grandson who is mad about Spiderman.
