Zipper broke, terrible customer service.

The zipper broke on my bag and customer service was truly awful.
I like the bag, and I was sad to see it break after two years of incredibly light use. I was further disappointed when Nordace refused to stand by their product - citing a 1 year return policy. Facts are facts - a zipper on a bag that cost as much as this one shouldn’t break.
There are plenty of great companies that have amazing customer service - I’ll be spending my money with them in the future.
For the cost of the bag, Nordace lost a customer and gained a bad review. Probably not worth the $160 🤷🏻‍♀️

As our colleagues explained, we have a warranty of one year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee.

I was recommended Nordace backpacks…

I was recommended Nordace backpacks from a colleague, after I mentioned I was looking for something to securely carry my laptop around in that I could use for work and travel. I was initially put off by the price but I can honestly say it's worth every penny. This backpack is also great in any weather and keeps the contents dry. One of the zips broke whilst travelling and Nordace sent out a replacement within an hour of me contacting them. I can't see me using any other backpack again!

Good Product, Truly Awful Customer Service

Firstly I would like to state that I think their backpack product is excellent however their customer service is appalling. After buying my second backpack from Nordace it arrived defective. According to their website any defective product will be replaced. However, I was offered a 15% refund, when I replied stating this was not acceptable I received no further communication. I continued to email them requesting a response but have heard nothing. I even raised a new request on their website but still no reply. So please be careful as although the backpack might be good, if you have any issues you are unlikely to get a satisfactory response if any at all.

No response from customer services

I purchased a bag for my wife's birthday present. It arrived promptly which was great, but unfortunately it was too big for her requirements so I have sent an email to the nordace support email address asking for the return and refund process (because it's not on the website). I have not yet received a reply and so I have a £80+ bag which is just sitting waiting to go back. So two stars as a result of the poor customer service which is so key when buying online.

Happy with service and backpack

Delivery tracking helped me know where parcel was and when I received it. Arrived within a week. Product arrived as described and looks well made. Exactly the size I need for bringing into cabin. Looking forward to how in preforms in October when I travel

exceeded my expectations

package arrived 2 days early, i love my new backpack. it's very comfortable and i can use the latches for the straps to hang my jacket when I'm not wearing it witch was a neat surprise.

Very happy with the backpack and CS experience

I'm very happy with this backpack. I first purchased it a couple of years ago to use on work trips. It served me very well but sadly the top handle broke beyond repair. I contacted the customer service team and they couldn't have been more helpful, even outside the warranty window. Great product and customer service.

Bought a back pack with a few…

Bought a back pack with a few accessories.

The backpack it self exceeded my expectations.l It had a few more pockets and functions than I had seen on the website.
Unfortunately the rain cover was missing from the delivery. I emailed their customer service that responded quickly asking me to check ALL pockets as the rain cover is small when folded up and it's easy to miss that it is in a pocket.

After thoroughly cjecking all the pockets including the velcroed pocket on the bottom (storage pocket for the rain cover) I emailed them again saying it was indeed missing.

I promptly got an answer with a shipping number, they are sending me one now.

All this was handled within 24 hours of me receiving the back pack.

Good bags and ace customer service.

Well designed backpack - great for work or travel!

I have been using it for a few weeks now. Although the delivery took a while, I am impressed with the well designed features of the bag. It is highly recommended by 3 of my colleagues. They are even considering buying one or two more for travel purposes. Currently, we use it for work. It is lightweight, well designed and has many compartments to organise our belongings neatly. Thank you Nordace!

I ordered a nordace bag in november of…

I ordered a nordace bag in november of 2023 and the bag was amazing however the zipper malfunctioned as one of my friends was running through my bag and broke it. In september of 2024 I comtaced nordace to replace it or fix it but they couldn't find my order number and still managed to help me out by sending me a brand new bad. Im super happy with the quality of the products and how awesome the customer support was as for most other co.panies they don't care like nordace did for me. Overall a 5/5 product

Great product

Great website, east to navigate and order. Good holiday discount as well so I purchased the packing cubes as well. I have had a Sienna backpack for a while now and just bought my husband one. Great product and perfect for travelling.

Bag is JUST okay

Bag is just okay quality. Not as special as the price suggests. Sienna Pro 15 is too big for a daily work bag with laptop and iPad and other things. Perhaps a 13 would have been better.

Most outdated thing is the usb. I don’t even have a cable with a usb anymore. My $15 bag can do the same job as the Nordace bag so I say the price should be around the $60-80 mark instead of $189

I contacted the support team after… my Siena II zipper broke

I contacted the support team after having had an issue with my Siena II backback. The team kindly offered to send a new bag for replacement. It went quickly and smoothly and I believe that only top companies have such a great clients' service (not to say about their bags : I have three that I use according to my activities and needs of space (work, travels, leisures). They are the best backbags for your everyday life).

Siena Pro 15 Essential Set

I had been intrigued by the advertisements I’d seen about the backpacks and packing cube systems. I have traveled quite often and keep an eye out for packing smarter and taking fewer bags. I decided to purchase the Siena Pro 15 Essential Set. I have enjoyed using it on a recent trip and it was everything I’d hoped it would be.
I did however have an issue with a zipper on one of the packing cubes. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and are sending me a replacement packing cube. Customer service is excellent!! I highly recommend these products.
Customer service was friendly and very helpful.

Great Customer Experience

I have gotten myself a Leiden Smart Duffel bag in Khaki. There are not a lot of laptop bag available in tote style in the market so this caught my attention immediately. Despite some issues encountered in the process, the customer service team was quick to resolve and i really appreciate the response. Will definitely purchase from them again!

Lovely bag

Lovely bag. Great having all the different compartments - usually this can make a bag look bulky but actually it retains its shape. I do think the side pocket is bit small, it doesn’t fit my water bottle and it would be useful to also have a pocket on the other side. Otherwise a great little backpack, if a little tight on space all round.
