Zipper broke, terrible customer service.
The zipper broke on my bag and customer service was truly awful.
I like the bag, and I was sad to see it break after two years of incredibly light use. I was further disappointed when Nordace refused to stand by their product - citing a 1 year return policy. Facts are facts - a zipper on a bag that cost as much as this one shouldn’t break.
There are plenty of great companies that have amazing customer service - I’ll be spending my money with them in the future.
For the cost of the bag, Nordace lost a customer and gained a bad review. Probably not worth the $160 🤷🏻♀️
