I have a 2020-2021 super cruiser and I…

I have a 2020-2021 super cruiser and I ordered a 500 w replacement wheel for it. The axle on the new wheel is small and shorter than my original one. I have tried to contact someone about this but it goes nowhere. I can’t even talk to a technician about it. Very disappointing customer support and service.

Battery lasted less than one year. $289.18 to replace.

Origianlly ordered a replacement Battery for my E-Bike as it only lasted one year. I originally ordered the battery from Amazon for $150.00. You cancelled that order so I was forced to purchase directly from you. You charged me $289.18 for a battery on a bike that now only costs less than $600.00.

Needs improvement if you want loyal customers

Shipping: they charge for it and it's not timely. Be prepared to wait a while for replacement parts. Can be more costly than the part.
Accuracy: I ordered a controller and received a kickstand!
Customer Service: Spotty. People returned calls days later. Emails were relatively prompt. Having to leave messages when no custmer support available is a pain in the .......
Timeliness :Still waiting on a controller

I am grateful to have received my order…

I am grateful to have received my order for a new battery for my bike. I am not sure why it took so long for my order to be fulfilled finally (I had to contact someone regarding this) and I am not sure what an actual "pre-sale" requires for fulfillment to occur promptly but I am so happy that I can ride my bike again.

Pony ebike

I purchased a Pony ebike. When it arrived the brackets that hold the front brakes were slightly bent making it impossible for the brakes to work. I emailed the support group and they promptly sent a new fork. It didn't include instructions on how to change the fork or any of the seals, so I had to remove the old parts and re-use. This was a bit more than I had expected.

The bike is together now and seems to be working as expected.

Battery issues

Bike works great, the battery that came with the bike doesn't properly work. It does halfway through it's life and doesn't even last an hour. I've been stuck using my old battery from my old bike, on my new bike. Customer support was and is amazing, they're shipping me a new battery right away!!

Incredibly high quality and performance!!

Half a month ago I met a friend of a friend who was riding a Nakto Ebikes. He let me take it down the street and back and I was hooked!! The next day I ordered the Nakto and I could not be more ecstatic with the performance. This is my first ever E bike and the power and stability is off the charts good. I am 63 years old male and in excellent shape and it’s a great way to continue my physical activities. I did not even look around the other companies before making this purchase - subsequent to buying my electric bike. I did look at other companies and I am convinced that Nakto Ebikes is the BEST on the market for the money and quality. This is a fantastic made in USA product and I fully recommend this outstanding company Nakto Ebikes. I have already talked to two of my friends about this and they intend to purchase one.

I suspect that this was a return...the battery came almost fully chargedabout and there were 28 miles on the odometer and there were scrapes on the inside of the handlebar holder/receiver!

What happened? Your e bike bricked on me after only four days!! Trying to contact you resulted in a lame automated reply...I'm a senior citizen and I don't have any confidence in this bike or the support...I'm very disappointed...this seemed like a wonderful way to get around.

Needs additional adjustments …going…

Needs additional adjustments …going cost 300 dollars or more to work on tire adjustments ….plus half stuff loose on bike was not put together had to use a tourque wrench to tight seat it wants to fall back all the time. My husband says it’s a piece of junk…he’s got a 4000 dollar bike.

I bought the Folding Ox because it siad…

I bought the Folding Ox because it siad good for 4'11 up but I am 5'1 and it is still to tall with the seat all the way down . It's a great bike but I still had to buy another one I should have sent it back but keep it for friens and family to ride I also have the Pony but wanted a more powerfull bike I rode it for 3 years and loved it I like to be able to touch the ground at least half of my foot rather flat footed. Well made bikes just the ox was too tall

I already own a camel stepthrough and I…

I already own a camel stepthrough and I absolutely love it, so I saw the city stroller and knew I had to have it. I absolutely love it as well. They are easy to finish the assembly, good looking, and so much fun! I am a senior (64), they offer me the exercise I need without the pain I have experienced with other forms of exercise. Well done Nakto.. I will only buy Nakto. Great customer service. Thanks for the experience!
