There was a delay on one of my orders, when i emailed to get an update they were able to advise me when I would expect delivery as they were out of stock, true to their word it was delivered on the day. Online tracking great tool, updated constantly.

Although I returned my purchase as the colour was different to what I thought was in the picture. The process was smooth and easy. I have already bought a quilt cover from this site in the past and was very happy with it. I highly recommend Manchester Collection.

The towels i purchased recently are soft and fluffy but they are by far the worst towels for pilling that I have ever had even after several washes
