I absolutely LOVE my experience with Opentip.com!!!
The website is very user-friendly. I found a wonderful selection of bags to choose from. It was very easy to personalize them and see what the end result should look like. I am happy to report that my project came out beautifully. The quality of the product is excellent as well as the imprinting.

Not worth it

The pair of heels I received couldn't last two dance practices. The single strap came undone from each shoe. Either they weren't glued on correctly or the glue was of poor quality. Not worth the money.

Pricing was great - although shipping added towards it. Ended up still being slightly cheaper than what I could find elsewhere. All items as described, packaged professionally, etc

Excellent Product from an Excellent Company!

This company was amazing to work with and the product turned out exactly as they described it and more importantly, how I envisioned it would look.
I did a special order for some reserved and reserved handicap chair bands. It was super easy to upload my graphics and work their website.
Will absolutely order from them again!

Ok when I looked on the Trustpilot…

Ok when I looked on the Trustpilot reviews I was a bit skeptical. Because I usually require a higher rating before I will order from a company. These hats look amazing. They did even BETTER than what I was expecting. I had nothing less than a 5 star experience. So I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Still surprised they don't have a higher rating.

Roger On V2 misrepresented in ad

I ordered Roger On V2, featuring an ad saying ". . .Rogers ON V2 mic works perfectly with my Phonak Hearing Aids . . . . It's easy to use and easy to pair." This is false and misleading. When I reported that the unit wouldn't work, was told I must buy a different version or additional devices, all costing several hundred dollars more. Some other vendors say explictly that Roger On V2 will not pair directly with hearing aids.

Reliable company

Reliable company. Delivery date as stated. The colours of the umbrella were not all the same. It was obvious they were from different dye lots, which if I wasn’t using them as favours I wouldn’t of cared as much. One umbrella case was dented but I didn’t bother notifying the company since I live in Canada and didn’t want to deal which any more taxes or charges.
Overall good product. Description on the web site did match the product.

Ive been trying to place the same order…

Ive been trying to place the same order for 2 weeks now. My credit card was marked as fraud for no reason whatsoever, Im a legit person, with a legit card, they cancelled my order and gave me that as a reason why. I have contacted customer care twice with zero help from them.

Absolutely in LOVE with my tote bags…

Absolutely in LOVE with how the tote bags came out! Shipping wasn't super quick, but it wasn't an issue since I ordered well in advance of the event. I am only giving a 4-star rating because they do have a little odor. I plan t let them air out before I give them to the guests.

The Christmas whip tree

I order whips from OpenTip every year. I use them to construct a Christmas “Whip Tree” for our barn, and once Christmas is over the tree is disassembled and the whips take their place in center ring to be used in the lesson program. There is no other place that has the shorter length white handle option at a price affordable for the number of whips needed to make this tree. Turnaround is fast, ordering is simple, and a yearly tradition becomes a gift for our riders. 💙

Quick and easy transaction

Product as described. Transacation was quick and easy. While there are products that are shipped for free, the two items I purchased had a shipping fee charged for each - despite same seller and same item except for color choice. With that said the per item price including shipping was still more than fair.

I’ve had only positive experiences with…

I’ve had only positive experiences with this company over the past year, and have placed at least 25 orders with them for various products including clothes, masks, tote bags, purses, and so much more. Prices, product selection, and customer service are all great. I’ve been very happy with their customer service, as they are quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help.

I made the mistake of ordering from…

I made the mistake of ordering from them once. Didn't do my research I can only tell you never ever order from a company that does not put a phone number for you to contact them. It is a recipe for disaster! There is no way to contact this company as a matter of fact I've yet to find a way to email customer support for the concern. Once you place the order it's basically up to them whether you get it or not. There are drop shipping company and their order status means very little. Never provided at tracking number order after two weeks simply said processed. Now dealing with my credit card company to get my money back. Absolutely absolutely no way to contact this company check their website won't find a phone number on it or a customer service email address.

Quality Items

The quality of the items received was a pleasant surprise. The Mylar bags are great for business use. I will be ordering from OpenTip again. Shipping took a little longer than other retailers, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended.
