Do not shop a Boozt!
I have been a loyal and satisfied customer. Until an order had a minor issue. Boozt did not respond to my emails. And when they finally did they lost track of previous mails and asked for the same information. I have so far written more than 15 times to their ‘customer service’ over more than 4 weeks. The minor issue is still not solved. Worst experience I have had.
So don’t shop there - find another place where they value and reapect their custoners.

I have been having serious problems with the delivery of my order. The Poste It blocked the package and they need the confirmation from the sender, that is from BBOZT. I keep on contacting the Boost but they never respond:((((((((((( I payed a lot for the order and as a result I feel abandoned with my problems with the package and without money.!!!!!!!!! The customer service ignores the requests.

Sent the wrong package by mistake
Sent the wrong package by mistake. When Boozt recieved it, it suddenly dissapeard. They cant or wont find it. After 6 months, they say its just too bad.
Otherwise good with a free label and good prices. But not good enough.

Delivery time
I ordered a fragrance based on the stated delivery time of 2–3 business days. After five days, the delivery estimate changed to 21 days.
I understand that fragrances are flammable and may need to be shipped by sea rather than air. However, this information should have been made clear before I placed the order. A three-week delivery time would have been an important factor in deciding whether to purchase this product from the website in the first place.
