Complicated Customer Support
I am very disappointed with the overall service and customer support. Whenever a connection issue arises, getting help is extremely frustrating. The call center staff are unhelpful and demand overly technical information—such as MAC and IP addresses—which a regular user cannot easily find. They even suggest impractical solutions, like connecting a desktop computer directly to the main box, which is completely unreasonable.
Furthermore, submitting a support ticket online is overly complicated, requiring endless fields of technical data just to report an issue, often preventing the request from even going through. It feels like an artificial barrier just to get a technician dispatched.
Having previously used Telia, where I experienced zero downtime and never had a single issue, this service falls far short of expectations.

To be avoided. Our BRF switched to Bredband2 in Malmö about a year ago, and internet has been so bad since then (frequent lag spikes). For two weeks now it’s totally unusable, it is not possible to watch tv or even use a basic app on your phone. We reached out several times to Bredband2 who seems not to have time to look into 60 appartments not having internet for 2 weeks, while still paying.
