This company are thiefs

This company are thiefs. It’s second time I do ‚uitschrijven’ and it never works and they keep on taking money. I have enough. Fix your service or fire your devs, unless you are just thiefs and do it on purpose.

When "uitschrijven" doesn't work, you can always contact our costumerservice. They will help you and can make sure your account is cancelled and you'll no longer be deducted. I can't find your account now, because i need an e-mailadress. So if you send us an e-mail, we will answer it a.s.a.p. Thanks!

Complete waste of time and money..

Complete waste of time and money... And their administration is even worse! I cancelled my subscription with them, and after 2 months they "remembered" to ask for the money for the previous 2 months...

STAY AWAY!!

Paid double for my subscription and could not get back my money

I accidentely ended up with 2 subscriptions after failed login where I was requested to re-register. Huurwoningen.nl started deducing double fees from my bank account and when I found out and tried to get back my money, huurwoningen.nl put responsibility to me and did not wan to refund my the double payment.

Very sly and deceitful

Signing up to a subscription is not clear - I simply wanted the number of a landlord and inadvertently ended up spending 140 euros on a subscription without realising. Of course the company is "technically" legal - but the terms and conditions are subtle and sly. They manage to get away with keeping up your subscription by never contacting you. Most other rental websites send you constant emails with property updates - this company disappear and months later you realise what you have spent.
Once I realised, I contacted the company via their contact forms, asking to cancel my subscription immediately, also voicing my opinion on their terrible service.
I did not hear back and they then took another amount of money from me. Very angry, I contacted them another two times via their contact forms and also via facebook. Only via facebook did I receive any response. She claimed I had not sent the contact form - this is interesting as, unlike most websites, they do not send you a confirmation email. I sent all the evidence I could - having taken a photo of the page that is displayed once you send a form, stating they will reply within 24 hours (they don't). However, they continued to tell me I had not sent a contact form - I believe this is a lie. I think it is very convenient for them that they do not send confirmation emails, as I sent them THREE different forms and apparently all went "missing".
They are now refusing to give me any money back. Disgusting company that only make money by deliberate lies and deceitfulness. Horrendous customer service. If anyone else has had a similar situation with these company, please find me on facebook via the reviews I am leaving on their page, as I am working on building a case against them.

98% of the advertisments are from property agency...
and pay for this nearly 20euros... cannot find the words
