I looked high and low for the particular color and style of Hoka trainers I wanted. No luck until I finally found them at Holabird Sports. Even the Hoka website didn’t have them. I ordered them and they were delivered a couple days later. Just what I wanted. Great selection of products and great service. Will definitely shop there again.

To be honest, I had never heard of hola bird and wasn’t sure whether it was a scam! Turns out they’re a great company, I had no issues with my order, and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. If you’re a little hesitant like me, take heart! I will definitely order from holabird again!

After the first purchase, I found that the price of the shoes was greatly discounted. The delivery was very fast. The shoes I received were consistent with the pictures on the Internet. I was very satisfied with the services provided by Holabird Sports! So I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes again. To my surprise, Holabird Sports gave me an 8 dollar discount on each delivery order. Holabird Sports followed up with me via phone after I had difficulties locating my return label. For those using Gmail, be sure to check your Promotions Tab. I found the prepaid return label and was able to return my order.

Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder in Gmail, and you should see our responses in there. I also had Genia from our team reach out a bit ago once this review came through via the telephone and we had to leave a voicemail but we also sent another pre-paid return label.
Your email on 9/20 was responded to by Martha at 2:30 PM EST (sent 2:13 PM EST) and your email on email on 9/24 was responded to at 5:37 PM (sent 4:58 PM EST).

Great fast service. The shoes I got hurt my feet, so I had to return them. The return was easy and quick as well. Once I know which shoes I need, I will definitely use Holabird Sports again!

I placed an order that was rejected twice for fraud. I used two different forms of payment to avoid this but the order was still rejected. When asked why it didn’t work, they suggest I use another form of payment instead. I then decided to go to another vendor.

Holibird has done everything right on my first three orders.
Items listed as in-stock, were truly in-stock. Orders were shipped the same day I placed them. A return transaction was easy. (ordered wrong size, oops) Good communication. Shipping was fast; only 3 or 4 days.
I will order again for sure! Holabird is my new 'go-to' for shoes and pickleball things!
