Kelsey was really helpful and accommodating when we needed to rearrange appointments. She always responded quickly to emails, whenever we had any queries. She definitely knows her stuff and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

My wife and I visited yesterday to view a show home and the care, kindness and knowledge shown to us by sales advisors Amanda and Robert was wonderful.They made us very welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had such a positive experience purchasing our new home, and a huge part of that was down to Kelsey Jones.

From our very first interaction, Kelsey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knew all the facts, and was always happy to answer our many questions with so much patience and professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.

Kelsey was also extremely responsive and accommodating. She was always happy to arrange appointments around us, and if we had a question or concern that she didn’t have the answer to immediately, she would look into it and have an answer for us by our next appointment. This gave us so much reassurance throughout the whole process.

Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Kelsey made the process feel easy and enjoyable. She always listened to any worries or queries we had, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way.

We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better representative and would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone looking to purchase a home through Story Homes. She is a real credit to the company, and we are so grateful for all her help in making this experience such a positive one.

We’re currently around 40% of the way through the process of purchasing our new Story Home, and I can genuinely say that, so far, it has been the smoothest and most enjoyable house-buying experience I’ve had.

A huge part of that has been down to Kelsey. She has been exceptional throughout the process: extremely knowledgeable, proactive and professional, while still maintaining a really personal and approachable manner. No matter what question we’ve had, Kelsey has always been able to provide a clear answer or quickly find the information we need.

Communication has been excellent, and we’ve always felt informed and supported at every stage rather than having to chase for updates. Buying a new home can naturally come with a lot of questions and uncertainty, but Kelsey has made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed.

Although we still have some way to go before completion, our experience with Story Homes so far has been first class. If the remainder of the journey continues in the same way, we couldn’t ask for much more.

I was lucky enough to have a show around with robert and amanda and they were nothing but helpful!! They were both so lovely, friendly and welcoming from the second I arrived. They gave me such a brilliant tour of the Story Home, explained everything so well and were more than happy to answer all my questions. They made the whole experience feel so relaxed, enjoyable and exciting, and you could really tell they were passionate about what they do. Couldn’t have asked for two better people to show me around, they were honestly fantastic! ⭐️

We received great service from the lovely Kelsey at hawksley rise from the start to secure our beautiful Harrison home! Very informative throughout and was so nice to have her assisting us with our choices etc.

We first visited Fiona at Story Homes in July 2025 and decided it wasn't the right time for us but Fiona was amazing and kept in touch and answered our queries without hesitation although we were not in a position to buy a house yet. In April 2026 we decided to take the leap and put our house on the market and pick our house in Summerpark. Fiona made the whole process so easy, making sure we had plenty of time to think over extras and get exactly what we had hoped for in our new house! We visited the showhome more times than I would like to admit but Fiona was always welcoming and nothing was a trouble, we brought multiple family members to visit too! Fiona kept us upto date with every step and was able to schedule different meetings to suit our working schedule. Jamie the site manager was also very helpful during the whole process, from our first meeting with him, to our Demo, and onto our snagging, he was amazing at getting things sorted for us! I could not recommend Fiona enough, she is a credit to Story's team, every visit was a pleasure!

5 bedroom was beautiful- very spacious. Fiona was very helpful in sharing details with us.

Our journey with Story Homes has been fantastic from start to finish.
We have had 2 previous new build homes & both were horrendous; the quality of workmanship was extremely poor with major issues which dragged on for years.

We purchased our new home on the heritage field site in Tanfield. We chose the Harrison & we love it, the design is well thought out, even down to the positioning of the internal doors, eliminating slithers of architrave. I am a fully qualified tradesman with numerous skills & I have no hesitation in saying that the quality of the workmanship is well above standard. The property feels well built & of exceptional quality.
There were some minor snagging issues as expected, but these were quickly rectified.
(There will always be snagging issues, but there is a huge difference between snagging issues & poor quality workmanship)

The customer service from start to finish has been unprecedented, Stacy was amazing in sales with all her advice & Tommy the assistant site supervisor has been fantastic, he has went above & beyond, nothing has been too much trouble.

Buying your home is one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make, this has been the only time this has actually been a pleasurable experience for us.
