The tracking number was useless, and they do accept responsibility for loss or goods being stolen. Also their couriers please they use in Adelaide are useless.

I have used Toner city a number of times . Why ? We all look at pricing first.
Prices advertised are great and hard to find better.
Delivery of order. Not fast, just faster. Even ordered on a public holiday, within 2 days your order is delivered and my order involves Interstate delivery.
Simply wonderful and un beatable.

I bought 1 Epson (702XL) Black Cartridge and 1 Epson (702XL) Magenta Cartridge.I waited a long time to get them delivered,and the Black Cartridge leaked ink when I removed the tape from it but it was okay when fitted.I had no problem fitting the Magenta Cartridge and they are working perfectly,and they are cheaper than the original cartridges.

The friendliness and informality of the service is outstanding, The speed with which my last order was processed and received was virtually overnight. In conclusion I would like to apologise for my last lot of feedback, in which I castigated your leader for selling me faulty products. I followed the advice that he gave me about pressing firmly and the cartridges sprang into action. I highly recommend Toner City with an A+++.

I ordered 2Xl toner pakage of 3 for Epson XP 432 Printer. It is apparent that they couldnt supply 2XL but supplied 9 1XL instead without any additional charge.
the parcel arrivedpromptly and is in good condition.

I’ve been getting my printer inks from TonerCity for a few years now and always receiverd the goods I ordered in good condition with very quick delivery.
