Missing Item

I did not receive my whole order. I paid express shipping and the items I did receive arrived on seperate days. I would have been better off using the free delivery service as it would have been faster. These Items were meant to be gifts. The mug I received had the postage label on the supposedly gift box so I could not use this box as advertised on their website. I had to buy a replacement gift for the item I did not receive. I am still trying to get a refund on my missing item and on express delivery.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Arrived in time frame stated. Goods as per description. Grandson loved his nerd gun. Have not yet given other grandson his slime gun but it looks great & I'm certain when his birthday arrives he will love it.

Excellent customer service re faulty item

I received my order which was a birthday present for my husband. One of the items did not perform the action claimed. Needless to say I was very disappointed and decided on the weekend to send an email. By Monday morning I had received an apologetic reply and notification that a replacement item would be sent. Hopefully the new item will work.

My experience at Yellow Octopus was…

My experience at Yellow Octopus was fantastic. They were very accomodating and offered great service. The staff were friendly and understanding when I called with a query. I will definitely shop there again. I have used the order on line method as well as pay and pick up method. Both were great. Awesome products too.

Giant Bulldog Clips

Finally, a supplier of Giant Bulldog Clips with free shipping. Yellow Octopus was excellent. Easy ordering, and quick, efficient delivery.
It would be nice however if the manufacturer could provide these clips without the large printed words ‘THINK BIG’ on them, and especially helpful if they were available in various colours (useful for filing papers relating to different categories of documents). I do note though that, despite discounts, the clips are Still about double the price I would expect them to be.

The night lights we purchased for the…

The night lights we purchased for the younger members of our family are being fully enjoyed by them. They love the squishiness of the lights and the different light intensity. Thank goodness you can recharge them otherwise there would have to be lots of batteries.

I live in Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania, USA, while my son and granddaughter are in Queensland. Sending a package from here to there can take a week or two, and the shipping costs can be as much as the gifts themselves. Since Yellow Octopus accepts my Visa card for purchases, I can buy cute or clever gifts for them online that they will get in just a matter of days. Thank you Yellow Octopus.

Great gifts for the people who are hard to buy for

I recently bought 2 gifts. 1 being 30 things to tick off your bucket list now you are 30 scratch poster for my great niece. She was excited to scratch it off with her friends so she could see what else she could tick off her bucket list and the other being a Koala mug for my 30 year old niece who loves all animals.. The mug was so much bigger than expected. So happy with the quirky gifts as some people have everything. I would recommend Yellow Octopus to anyone that is looking for a unique and quirky gift

Those I give gifts from YO always enjoy them. they are a good source of not-too-expensive presents for the hard one on your list!
my latest Nachosaurus was well received, although when ordering it I missed that it was plastic- perhaps make that sort of information more prominent?

Delivery Delay

I ordered an Easter present for my Grandson and was advised by Yellow Octopus that it was shipped on the 1st April to my Perth address. The parcel arrived on the 16th April - too late for an Easter surprise. I expect some shipping delays these days but 16 days Is unreasonable. Otherwise the product and the service provided was excellent.

Awesome!!

Lots of awesome options and price competitive. They said they would deliver in 2 days and they did. There were no delivery hassles. Would highly recommend Yellow Octopus to anyone.....which I have!!

I was asked for a review of ifetch

I was asked for a review of ifetch.
I provided the review but it was not posted on the yellow octopus website. I said I was disappointed in the product because after watching the video and following all the training instructions I could not get my dog to drop the ball into the device. Therefore it has been a waste of money for me and it was quite expensive.
This is not satisfactory.

I received my order within a week

I received my order within a week. I was quite surprised how quickly it was processed how professionally the team at yellow octopus were with their communications. I would definitely buy from Yellow Octopus again.
