Very disappointing experience with Zenzero. I would not recommend buying from this shop.

I purchased a high table together with stools specifically intended to be used with it. Before purchasing, I explicitly checked with Zenzero that the stools were the correct and appropriate height for the table, and I was assured that they were.

They are not. In reality, the stools are so high relative to the table that there is effectively no comfortable space for your legs underneath, making them unsuitable for normal use with the table.

I relied on Zenzero’s advice when making this purchase. Despite this, Zenzero has refused to take responsibility and refund me for products that, in my experience, were misrepresented as suitable to be used together.

I have asked for a simple and reasonable solution: collection of the unsuitable items and a refund. So far, Zenzero has refused.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other customers to be extremely cautious before purchasing from Zenzero.

Non comprare mai questo mobili online!! Anche con i prodotti difettosi, i costi di spedizione e di assicurazione saranno addebitati sui nostri soldi. Gratta e macchia, e non è di buona qualità. Lo userò perché ho molti soldi. Non fare così. I clienti scappano.

Never buy furniture here online!! Even if you receive a defective product, you have to charge the transportation fee and insurance fee with our own money. There are scratches and stains on it, and the quality is not good. It costs a lot of money, so I'll just spend it. Don't do business like that. All the customers are running away.

instant replies to my questions. Giulia was very helpful and even gave me links to items that may be of interest to me. she explained very well. Very friendly and efficient. However I am terribly disappointed. After much correspondence and decisions to take on the actual furniture, my time and effort were completely wasted as I was told 'the courier only delivers to companies not individuals'! If you are an individual you might need to be aware of this instruction that I was told after all the hassle to get the furniture order right.
