In a mixer jar, take 1 cup Chilka Moong Dal

Steam for 10-12 mins & cut once cooled down. 

- Temper:
2 tbsp oil 
1/2 tsp jeera 
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of hing 
1 tsp sesame seeds 
1 tsp amchur powder 
Salt 🧂 if required 
Dry coconut for garish 

Serve with my homemade chutney recipe and enjoy it immediately while it’s hot 💕💝
