Sagarika🌻Swagatika on Instagram: "Dal Palak!!😍  Step by step recipe: ▪️Wash and soak 1/2 cup toor dal, 1/2 cup masoor dal and 1/2 cup moong dal for 30 minutes. ▪️Transfer the soaked dal to a pressure cooker. Add water. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix them. ▪️Cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Keep aside. ▪️Wash and chop spinach leaves. Keep aside. ▪️Heat oil in a pot. ▪️Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 dried red chillies. Let them sizzle. ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger. Sauté until the raw smell goes away. ▪️Add 2 chopped onions, 2 chopped green chillies and sauté them until the onions become soft and light golden. ▪️ Add chopped tomatoes and mix everything well. ▪️Add salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. ✅Recipe details : 
Soak 1/2 cup whole green moong overnight or for 5-6 hours 
Now pressure cook it by adding haldi ,red chilli powder,1 cinnamon stick,1 masala cardamom ,2 green cardamom and cloves , salt as per taste and 1 or 1 1/2 glass water 
Now fry one thinely slices onion (birista)
Chop 1 onion , some ginger garlic and 2-3 green chillies finely 
Add some cumin seeds in the oil in which we have fried the onions follow by ginger garlic , chillies and onions 
Sauté everything until it becomes golden brown 
Now add haldi, red chilli powder,coriander powder followed by 1/2 cup curd 
Cook the curd nicely until the oil gets separated from gravy and fried onions
