Kitchenista - Puff Pastry with Cherry (use whatever filling you want) CLICK PHOTO for RECIPE, SHARE, or QRCode **SHARE SHARE SHARE** Ingredients 500g puff pastry 250g cherries (pre-thawed) 3-5 tbsp sugar 2-3 tsp starch 1 egg some flour for dusting Instructions Drain cherries and wring the cherry well. Add sugar and mix. Sprinkle a work surface with a little of flour. Roll out dough to a length of 2-3 mm in thickness (roll in one direction).Cut into squares with a side of 10cm Grease squares lightly with beaten egg. On one half of the square lay cherries, sprinkle a little with starch. Close and a little pin down the edges. With the fork along the edge make a pattern that additionally will stick dough together. Put on a baking sheet, laid with a baking paper. Coat with the beaten egg. Place in preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
