Love the original and great to have a part in this release. The original captures that feeling of emerging summer so well for me. For my remix I took things in a darker direction while keeping that insistent, driving melody sequence. Great to be on Self Control.
Really enjoyed remixing this track. The original is a wonderful world of sound design and atmosphere. Learned a lot and got inspired with the additional samples too. Sounds like a lot of effects pedals were used in the production of this!
A joyful collection of summery melodic house. Takes me back to the heyday of the French Touch, but with a very modern sound. Refreshing to hear this sort of use of creative sampling put to such good use.
