David L. Vancil, Jr. is a judge of the Ninth Circuit Court in Illinois. He serves in Oquawka.[1] He was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court in November 2002 to fill the vacancy created by Stephen G. Evans' retirement.[2]

Vancil was retained to the Ninth Circuit Court with 82.1 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
