James E. Mitchell
James E. Mitchell was a judge for the Kennebec County Probate Court in Kennebec County, Maine.[1] He joined the court in 1979 and was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4][5] Mitchell died on September 9, 2016.[6]
