Steven Locke
Steven Locke is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He was appointed to the on August 1, 2014.[1]
Biography
Education
Locke earned his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.[2]
Professional career
Prior to joining the court, Locke was an attorney in private practice. He served as a law clerk for Arthur Spatt of the Eastern District of New York, to start his career.[2]
Judicial career

Locke was appointed to be a federal magistrate judge for the Eastern District of New York on August 1, 2014, and his eight-year term expired on July 31, 2022.[1][2]
