Willard Hall was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He was nominated by President James Monroe on December 5, 1823 to a seat vacated by John Fisher. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 9, 1823, and received commission that same day. He retired on December 6, 1871. Hall was succeeded in this position by Edward Green Bradford.
