Ingredients:  24 slices provolone cheese 1 pound Italian ground sausage, cooked and drained 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional) 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional) 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional) 1/2 cup Rao’s Marinara  Directions:  Brown Italian sausage with onions, Cajun seasoning, and pepper and then drain. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella to meat mixture. (optional) Broil PROVOLONE cheese slices on parchment paper. Place sausage mixture on 1 slice of broiled cheese and cover with second.
