serves 3💘

Ingredients 
100g frozen garden peas
150g, beetroot diced
1 small head of broccoli 
250g cooked quinoa or grain of choice 
80g pomegranate 
1 bell pepper, diced
juice of 1 lemon 
1 small red onion, diced
90g crumbled feta cheese 
handful fresh mint, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano 
salt and pepper to taste 

Method 
1️⃣steam the head of broccoli for 10 minutes, drizzle with olive oil and salt, then airfry at 190c for 8 minutes until charred.
