I am very excited to introduce one of my latest entries into the Bricklink Designer Program Series 10, titled Deep Space Explorer.
Developed as the fleet’s premiere research and exploration starship between 1978 and 1987, the Deep Space Explorer is still at the forefront of cutting-edge technology today.
Bristling with a variety of sensors and detachable vessels, the Deep Space Explorer’s mission is to explore, map, and research the far reaches of unknown space.
Crewed by 1 friendly robot, 3 Pearl Gold astronauts, and 3 Dark Turquoise astronauts, the Deep Space Explorer is ready for any mission.
Today's random set is 75151 Clone Turbo Tank, released during 2016. It's one of 66 Star Wars sets produced that year. It contains 903 pieces and 6 minifigs, and its retail price was US$109.99/£109.99.
It's owned by 7,866 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $357.00, or eBay.
Today's random figure is exf010Devastator - Trans-Medium Blue Torso, a Exo-Force figure that came in one set, 7703 Fire Vulture, released during 2006.
Our members collectively own a total of 3,947 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $11.30.
Modular Buildings are no longer accepted in the BrickLink Designer Program, but there are many impressive buildings available in this series, even so. The fantastic 910060 Sushi Restaurant is the latest example, richly detailed on every side and throughout its interior!
The designer, Brickproject, has visibly focused on authentic Japanese architecture, which helps to distinguish the Sushi Restaurant from other LEGO buildings of a similar size. Moreover, a historic tram is included to complete the scene, so this has the potential to be a standout BrickLink Designer Program set.

Our next BrickLink Designer Program showcase takes a retro approach to polar exploration, with Polar Nomads: Crawler Convoy by Denmark_Dragon:
A Proper Polar Play Set for Everyone!
Hey! I’m Gianluca and I’m happy to share my model for series 10. Instead of a static building, I designed two large treaded vehicles you can roll around and deploy into a mobile play set. With plenty of support vehicles & equipment to interact with the Arctic landscape, I hope to bring Classic LEGO play to a new Polar environment!
From Town to Now
Late last year, I had the chance to build and enjoy the entire LEGO Town Arctic line from the year 2000. After building all the sets on my table, I oriented them in a convoy of sorts and since I had two copies of 6520 Mobile Outpost, and a handful of extra figures, all the elements together formed a visually commanding assortment of mobile vehicles on the move.
The next five BrickLink Designer Program sets are now available for pre-order!
Production numbers are expected to be flexible, as with the previous two series, so even popular sets should be available for a reasonable length of time.
Pizza is one of my absolute favourite foods. There's just something perfect about it. And when I was thinking about what my LEGO city was missing, it hit me: a proper neighbourhood pizza spot. Not some generic chain, but the kind of place with character, where locals actually hang out. That's how Rolling Dough Pizza Co. came to life.
The recently revealed gift with purchase 40885 Duck Family is now available at LEGO.com, free when you spend over $100/€100/£90 between now and the 24th of February.
Of the five sets released as part of this year's DREAMZzz range, 71514 Dino Jet sits squarely in the middle in terms of size, with just over 1,000 pieces. As usual, two models are provided, this time giving the builders a choice between two popular dinosaurs—a brontosaurus or a stegosaurus.
One of the many sets focusing on the Dream Catchers, the clear red and orange theme gives a hint to one of the hero minifigures—Cooper—and the two main antagonists are also included. I've taken a deeper look at the two dinosaur models and their accompanying flying jets to see how this set stacks up alongside the other designs in this pretty strong wave!
I think NINJAGO's 15th anniversary has started strongly and another anniversary set has been revealed today, to be released on June 1st.
71867 X-1 Ninja Charger contains 691 pieces and this is the third iteration of the X-1 Ninja Charger, following 70727 X-1 Ninja Charger and 71737 X-1 Ninja Charger, released in 2014 and 2021, respectively.
The price of £69.99, $89.99 or €79.99 seems expensive to me, good though the set looks. In addition, the set features our next and probably last 15th anniversary collectable minifigure, Dusk, the Elemental Master of Shadow.
