Really weird how sets like this today are considered a "Technic" line product, when really, the only thing making them Technic is the fact they're built mostly out of Technic parts; even though there is little actual function to it.

That bumper looks really useful for RC builds.

I was in my dark ages during this time, but the more I see from this era, the more interested I am in it.

That "bumper" is actually a spoiler piece. In fact, it's even used as the spoiler for this car. It does make a surprisingly good bumper though...

I’m more interested in how the launcher mechanism works. Looks like a scissor lift kind of thing with rubber bands in/on it.

I have the Mud Hopper set from the same line. I also wanted to have this one and the one with a flame ring.

Hmm, well it's Technic and it has 4 wheels, but it's not a Landrover.

Did we imagine the Landrover...?
