By in United States,

When’s the last time we got a brick built boat instead of the pre fab boat hull piece? So much to love...beautiful classic looking SUV/truck, great color scheme, so much nostalgia.

On balance, I think I prefer this little set considerably over the new Star Destroyer...

Love hinged roofs.

Wanted this but had enough trailers at the time. Hated trailers of this type as a kid. Around this time, or close to, I had a similar boat set anyway. Had that funky blue Octan Guy with it. Put my money towards some of the NASA stuff and the cool pink lighthouse.

When's the last time we got a brick built boat? There was a little speedboat like this in the Mountain Police line just last year. Then there's the Creator yacht last year and the Creator houseboat this year ... There's no shortage of brick built boats!

Are there any modern pieces that are designed to fit between the studs quite the way that the spoiler does? It seems we use jumper plates for everything now.

This set is quite similar to newer City sets, but there are some ways this is superior

"Now the ISD or a Clikits set?"
Why not both? The Clikits elements would look great as pieces representing engine glow :D

I really like these small trucks, but the discontinued back mudward part is a big problem to reenact this set

Another one of those beautiful mid-90s sets that I saved up for, as a boy, and was so happy to add to my collection.

That little Jeep alone is fantastic!

This was one of my favorite sets as a kid. My dad bought it for me when I was 6 because he liked how the car looked like his.

Cool set, but there were so many cool sets in 1995, I couldn't possibly obtain them all back then. This set was left by the wayside, but I think that black and red color scheme rocks. Definitely a worthy addition to any Town layout.

@esfrolios what do you mean? The 2x4 mudGUARD piece still exists now albeit with a Technic hole in top.
