Creator military!
Now that’s a launcher...
Mean!
It just occurred to me that the modern Creator logotype has strikingly similar proportions to this one. I guess the typeface really is everything, because the modern one looks great whereas this one always looked amateur to me. My most to least favorite Creator logos:
1. LEGO Creator game and 2001–2002
2. Taj Mahal 2017–current
3. 2011–2017
4. 2006–2010 (this one)
I see nice set of pieces but the model... not that good, sorry to say.
@LegoSonicBoy: Looks like 2006–10 is Arial, and 2011–17 is Helvetica. Not sure what the current one is.
oh wow that thing is heavily armed. not what I'd normally expect from a creator set though they may have assumed boys were going to build stuff like that anyway
I always forget about the older Creator sets. Some of them were really good.
I basically have this, but I got fed up with it some years ago and sorted its parts into my parts collection. It's still a good, versatile build with good elements. Though I think I had some problems with the gear mechanism. Both the main and back rotors are meant to spin.
Glad I have this set (in pieces) since it provided me with my only Lego motor.
Pure awesomeness!!
The second-largest creator main helicopter model after 4403 Air Blazers.
But if you wanna have a real gigantic brick-build helicopter then go for the 7298 Dino Air Tracker/ 7477 T-1 Typhoon vs. T-Rex.
I bought this using Chuck E Cheese tickets that me and my sister had been saving up for years, good times
Technic meets Creator in this set.
One of the few Creator sets with a motor and a battery box.
The motor is a 4 x 4 x 3 1/3 cube.
This motor also appears in the https://brickset.com/sets/4094-1/Motor-Movers from 2003.
This was before the new generation of power functions which were release the year after.
